Complaint from Bendy Von Neida Tucson, AZalmost 4 years agoThey ruined my nails! What a dump! Staff is so rude and unprofessional, especially Cindy. They couldn't remove the gel polish I had put on by a different nail place. Without even explaining to me what they were doing, they viciously ground my nails down with a rotary tool, making my once healthy, thick, lustrous nails, into nails with ridges, potholes, and thin, painful raw red areas. They suck
